About Ponderosa Motel Accommodations



Our family owned and operated Motel has spacious, clean, and well maintained rooms. All accommodations are equipped with phone, tea/coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, and television with Direct TV.

If you enjoy cooking for yourself while traveling, we offer rooms and suites with fully equipped kitchens. The Ponderosa Motel is the only lodging in the area with fully equipped kitchens.

Check-In
Reception Office is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Guest check-in is at 2:00 p.m. with 11:00 a.m. check-out. We can often accommodate early check-in, so give us a call at 509.773.5842 if you need to check in before 2 in the afternoon. Guests who anticipate arriving after 9.30 p.m. should telephone the motel to let us know of your estimated arrival time.

There is ample off-street parking for guests’ motor vehicles, boats, etc.


Child Policy
Infants under 1-year Free. 1-year and older $5 flat rate for extra child in room.



Pet Policy

We are pet friendly for well-behaved dogs. When booking online, please note your choice of a pet friendly room. If reserving by phone, ask for availability. We charge a pet fee of $15 for one pet and $5 for each additional pet.

Smoking Policy
We do not have smoking rooms available. There is absolutely no smoking in our rooms. We want all our rooms fresh and odor free for all of our guests. If there is any evidence of smoking in a non-smoking room, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.

The Ponderosa Motel normally hosts a full All American Breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage, fresh fruit, juice, waffles, toast or bagels, biscuits and gravy, and coffee or tea while you relax in our sunny breakfast room. Enjoy your day’s adventure in our beautiful area.
